It's Official

Everything is in place, and we will be coming home this evening. There is a front coming through, so we won’t be able to fly out until after 7:00 tonight. The flight is only about 35-40 minutes, but with transport to and from the airport, it will probably be between 9:00 and 10:00 before we get to the hospital.

Dear Diane,
Thank goodness that you all will be home soon. Thank you for being you and looking out for your husband while remaining strong in the face of adversity. I know it's a struggle for you and I continue to pray for all of you, even waking up at 4am and praying to God on your behalf because I know that someone is directing that you and Mike need those prayers. Love you all . . . Thornwell brother, Billy D. Kirby

Diane,
We are still praying too. I know that these obstacles are tough and you have been so strong. I will be thinking of you all day today - as I have from the beginning. I am so glad you will be home with your family. love,

Contaced a friend who called someone at Richland...concerning trying one more time...
They may want to try calling again and going through the Critical care intensivist that is on (Dr McGuire) or the on call Neurosurgeon (434-6000) to see if one of them will accept him. It would be worth calling again.

Dear Diane,
We are so saddened and sorry that you and Mike are having to go through this "misadventure". You are a woman of great strength and character. Thankyou so much for continuing the updates for all of us ,in this very difficult time. Mike is such a great friend to Doug and we hold many fond memories
of Mike. We are very thankful for the time you both spent to come by to say hello and introduce us to Savannah this fall,at the swim meet.We continue to hold you and Mike up in prayer and ask our Lord to surround you both with the PEACE
that He can give. We send our love to you, Mike and your two precious girls. Love, The Kahn Family
